Programming, master planning for a new university modeled after a graduate research institute which includes labs, pilot space and scale up incubator space as well as academic and faculty space. This university is designed for 4000 students. The pedagogical approach is based around solutions-based academics pertinent to the phosphates mining, phosphates valorization process and sustainable agriculture development. An International Water Resources Institute, Fraunhofer Institute, Nano-materials and Chemical Engineering Schools anchor the relationship with the nearby Jorf-Lasfar prodcution facility and port.
