A simple, clean, clear, sober street presence revealing an inward facing campus that is dynamic, transparent and fluid. This is the image we created after many discussions with executives regarding the brand vision for a new headquarters which combined serious dependability of engineering delivery with playful exploration related to a culture of design innovation. A flexible work anywhere/share everywhere design, the site is located near the industrial hub of Jorf Lasfar, in the new urban pole of Mazagan, an hour from the business center of Casablanca, and just inland from one of the best known beach golf resorts in Morocco. 24,000 m2 over 3 phases.
