The establishment of a new entry marquee to city of Casablanca and an extension to the redevelopment of Casa Finance City, the former airport site where DC3s would land during the war, our site punctuates one edge of CFC closest to a major interchange. A world-class image, design, and brand for the new district combines increased density, new transit lines, mixed uses with a university and the landmark site of the leading phosphates company in Morocco.



It was important to be efficient with the use of the parcel as the client wanted to keep a large green space on the northern part of the site. The developed area features an organized network of open spaces and parks creating a safe, easy to access and pedestrian friendly environment. 3 development options with a non-exclusive phasing resulted in the master plan selection and approval by the local authorities.
